An internship-seeking college student from the real world gets an opportunity for a mysterious indie development studio with the goal of creating Interaction: a hyper-advanced overhaul of and successor to DDLC. This version promises a living, procedurally generated world where players possess total agency to shape any ending they can imagine. All they need to do is playtest the game multiple times to root out errors to the massive but glitchy, fragile program. The intern, someone who had played the original game years earlier, is thrilled to have anything they can put on their resume and contribute to something this exciting, almost too good to be true. However, when they install the mod to their used DDLC file, they get far more than they bargained for.
